Injection molding
The staff need to put the injection molding raw materials into the injection molding machine and wait for the injection molding of the related parts of the air conditioner to complete the process
Sheet metal
The factory needs to complete the design of the air conditioning sheet metal processing construction drawings, and the production personnel will complete the work of laser cutting or (CNC stamping die), sheet metal bending, electric welding and welding.
Spray
During the spraying operation, the production personnel need to complete the surface treatment, primer spraying, medium coating spraying, top coating spraying and post-treatment.
Final assembly
The production personnel need to assemble the various parts of the air conditioner inside and outside the machine respectively.
Commodity inspection
The air conditioner inside and outside the machine is assembled in the production before the storage of a trial run, so as to get some of its performance parameters.
Operation test
We need to test and evaluate the performance, safety, functional integrity, noise control, energy efficiency assessment, hygiene and cleanliness, user friendliness, load conditions, compliance, record reporting.
Enthalpy difference laboratory
the air supply parameters, return air parameters and circulating air volume of the air conditioner are measured, and the product of the measured air volume and the enthalpy difference of the air supply and return air is used to determine the capacity and product quality of the air conditioner.
